Замысел этого фильма - парадоксальный бред. ЧКисты 21-говека, плюющие на международное право и права человека и закон как таковой в целом, преподнесены тут как спасители всего мира. Плюс ко всему много ляпов и грубых логических несостыковок... Короче, фильм-попытка, жалкая попытка оправдать гнилую тоталитарную совковщину на новый лад.
