Rahul Khanna leaves India to go to Dubai to earn money. He faces lot of problems before he gets a job in a good company. So impressed is the boss with his job that he asks for his hand in marriage for his only daughter, Neha, Rahul refuses as he is already in love with a girl, unaware that his girlfriend is none other than his boss daughter. Rahul is compelled to leave the job and in due course of time he sets up his own business, something he had always wanted to do. He grows from strength to strength in his venture and once the misunderstanding is cleared, Nehas father agrees to the marriage.
