Nick Bannister (Hugh Jackman), a private investigator of the mind, navigates the darkly alluring world of the past by helping his clients access lost memories. Living on the fringes of the sunken Miami coast, his life is forever changed when he takes on a new client, Mae (Rebecca Ferguson). A simple matter of lost and found becomes a dangerous obsession. As Bannister fights to find the truth about Mae's disappearance, he uncovers a violent conspiracy, and must ultimately answer the question: how far would you go to hold on to the ones you love?

Interessant, wenig Action, etwas eintönig... Ich fand den Kern der Geschichte interessant und auch gut umgesetzt nur wurde es nach und nach öde weil sich alles anfing im Kreis zu drehen, die Szenen wiederholten sich, alles drehte sich nur noch um eine Frau. Gegen Ende wurde es wieder etwas unterhaltsamer. Kein Mainstream Film. Das Ende hat mir nicht gefallen…für mich war das kein wirkliches Happy End. Ungewöhnlich das man Jackman die Hauptrolle gab, ich fand aber das er seine Rolle gut rübergebracht hat, komisch nur das er gar nicht bei der Beschreibung aufgeführt wird…
