Love this show. The camaraderie between "the guys" is very often hilarious and sometimes thought-provoking. You very quickly get the sense that they are just like other guys, yet... not. There's a layer of complication to each of them that builds throughout the series. Basically, it strikes the perfect balance between being hilarious and "real" at the same time, that's the genius of the writers. Why 4 stars then? I HATED the Sheila character and found most of her screen time to be extremely annoying.
