While renovating their new home, Todd and Rebecca Jordan uncover a teddy bear hidden behind the fading plaster walls. Inside the bear they find a diary hidden for over 30 years. Opening the book releases the ghost of a tortured little girl. The tormented ghost now haunts the young couple's dreams and every waking moment, forcing them to find the cause of her death so they can release her soul and bring peace to the haunted dwelling.

This movie WAS SO BAD, could have been good with the story, but failed so drastically. NOT A HORROR! NOT SCARY. NOT EVEN ONE JUMP OR ANY SUSPENSE throughout entire movie. Lame ending to top it off.

It was predictable who the antagonists of the story were going to be, this story has also been done before js! It kept me watching so Eye will give them 3 stars also because the acting was good!

While parts of the story were a bit predictable (as with most horror films), overall this was a great movie. The cinematography was beautiful and kept me on the edge of my seat. The story was well told and the scares were perfectly timed. They wasted no time bringing the supernatural element to light which makes for a fast enough pace to keep the story moving at just the right speed. If you're a fan of horror films, then you'll love Restoration!
