The entire city of Los Angeles teeters on the brink of nuclear disaster when the greedy criminals manipulate a young boy's supernatural powers for their own devious gain. A strange film for Disney, rumored to be non-fiction tale turned into fictional fun for the family. Cheesy for graphics but Very well done, so strange that Disney pushed its best actors at the time again for a sequel. Cult classic for the ages.
