The lowest budget CG animations I've ever seen. Truly awful. However, if you're a fan of James Best, John Schneider, and Rick Hurst, all of Duke's of Hazzard fame, you can derive a little fun from the inside jokes. Otherwise, it's truly a horrendous crash of movie making.
