The infamous Riddick has been left for dead on a sun-scorched planet that appears to be lifeless. Soon, however, he finds himself fighting for survival against alien predators more lethal than any human he's encountered. The only way off is for Riddick to activate an emergency beacon and alert mercenaries who rapidly descend to the planet in search of their bounty. The first ship to arrive carries a new breed of merc, more lethal and violent, while the second is captained by a man whose pursuit of Riddick is more personal. Calificaciones y opiniones

If you liked Pitch Black, you will enjoy this movie. Light and nicely paced. No need to watch Chronicles as the plot points are explained in about 90 secs at the beginning of the movie. On a different note, nice to see actors like Vin Diesel put his their own money in a "low budget" film for the fans. When you are doing Fast & Furious almost yearly you don't need to undertake a project like this one. Thank you, I enjoyed it. Loved the sweet-like joke, as Riddick is if anything, a man of his word.

This one isn't as expansive as Chronicles, since the whole story happens on one planet, but its still a great movie. Its more like Pitch Black.

Love the series but very similar to the first one. I still enjoyed it though.
