When dedicated cop, Jack Stone, orchestrates a daring bank heist in order to infiltrate a prison housing a notorious Russian mobster, he has one thing on his mind... revenge. Balam is more than just a mob criminal; he's a cunning and dangerous overlord who controls the entire police force from behind bars. He's also the man who killed Stone's family in cold blood. Balam lives in prison as a cover for his real power, which is King of the city. His cell is a lavish private room deep within the prison, inaccessible to most. Even the warden fears venturing into this area of the prison.
