Entertaining version of the Robin Hood myth, where every scene was stolen by Alan Rickman as the scenery chewing Sheriff of Nottingham. Not as good as the Errol Flynn Adventures of Robin Hood, but a damn sight better than the Russell Crowe version of recent years.

The classic story gone wrong! Russel Crowe version is better, but still lacking...difficult to beat the early originals!

One of the best Robin Hood films I have ever watched, and I watched most of them! I love the firm's of Robin Hood. This is by far my favourite one outstanding film. Outstanding cast I can and do watch it over and over again never get tired of this film.
