About this movie

After a successful deployment of the Robocop Law Enforcement unit, OCP sees its goal of urban pacification closer and closer. But as this develops, a new narcotic known as "Nuke" invades the streets, leaded by God-delirious leader Kane. As this whole menace grows, it may even prove to be too much for Murphy to handle. OCP tries to replicate the success of the first unit, but ends up in failed prototypes with suicidal issues... until Dr. Faxx, scientist straying away from OCP's path uses Kane as the new subject for the Robocop 2 project, a living God.

This film makes the big mistake of focusing almost entirely on the Villian's origin story rather than develop Robocop more. At least it's better than the third one.

Robocop 1 and 2 were great movies. They are very typical of late 80's early 90's blood and gore fests. Originally robocop was rated X deemed too violent so up until recently we had to watch a watered down version. I think people who like modern crappy films should take a look at these and watch how great Peter Weller played the part of robocop and the other good cast members were ronnie cox, nancy Allen and curtwood smith in the first one. I just think it was a shame that Orion decided to make a third movi

While Robocop 2 may not be as good as the original Robocop, it is still a action packed sequel that is not as bad as everyone says it is, I mean they already had a lot of drama in the first film and it makes sense why it didn't have as much of it.
