It's Megacop vs. Megacop when Detroit's cyborg crime-fighter hits the streets to protect the innocent...this time from corporate greed. Weak special effects, a dull villian, bland action, an underdeveloped story, PG-13 violence & the absence of Peter Weller make this a huge letdown. 👎 (However, if you haven't seen the first two movies, you might enjoy this one)

A deluted sequel made to cash in from the first one, if you're a hardcore fan you'll enjoy this if not avoid it.
