Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) has now been retired for some time, but hard-up for money, he decides to step back into the ring against a few small-time boxers. Everything changes, though, when Rocky is offered the opportunity to step in with the reigning Heavyweight Champion, Mason 'The Line' Dixon. Does Rocky still have what it takes to make another Championship comeback??

Movie really does bring Rocky full circle, but in describing the movie Rocky is not hard up for money. He wants to go out on his terms. Has nothing to do about money..

Great story/characters. My favorite of the six Rocky movies - and I saw the original in the theater in 1976. One of the best sequels I've ever seen; it is its own stand alone movie.

Very funny and has a great message. Perfectly choreographed fight. All things considered (mainly Stallone's advanced age), it is not a ridiculous premise or plot. Also, his opponent is not cartoonishly evil as in some prior installments.
