Jhanvi hails from a conservative wealthy family who has connections with the underworld. They want Jhanvi to marry a person of their choice. When Jhanvi disagrees to this, since she has lost her heart to Sidhu, all hell breaks loose. Her decision is met with violent opposition, and Sidhus life is endangered, for her family would not allow her to tarnish their conservative reputation.
