This movie gets bad reviews because it fails so many aspects of story telling that it could easily be bested by a grade school play. This production seems to be a 3 season television series cut up and pieced together into a 1 hr 40 min feature. The writing fails to make any kind of emotional connection between the audience and any of the characters. There is no clear antagonist, no clear protagonist, and because of that the film is more boring than reading a week old newspaper. The production fails to deliver more than the most basic linear plot, which is so fragmented that it breaks the continuity from one scene to the next. The visuals of the movie were very pedestrian, delivered without skill in a fashion which screams 90s B movie. The film even fails to make any real use of the actors seeing as no character has more lines than this review. and what few lines there were were flat and unemotional. One could even say soulless.

I admit the story is a bit convoluted but as the movie goes on it does tie everything together. The movie shows the hard and yes even boring moving of cocaine (drugs) illegally. Interesting so. Acting not the greatest but decent. An ok movie to rent. Should have rented Redbox for cheaper than $4 but was middle of the night and wanted the convenience. That's just me saving some doe. Want to rate 3.5 stars but can not.
