Unhappy to have a meddling outsider, the FBI assigns reckless, arrogant and infuriating LAPD detective James Carter (Tucker) to baby-sit Lee--and keep him away from the investigation. If you see one of Chan's "movies", the others are just repetitive and regurgitated rubbish.

This is a very good movie but part 2 way better
