SABAN'S POWER RANGERS follows five ordinary teens who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove - and the world - is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discover they are the only ones who can save the planet. But to do so, they will have to overcome their real-life issues and before it's too late, band together as the Power Rangers.

It's such a crime that we will never get to see a sequel to this. It's such a good example of how you can bring a 90's kids culture classic into the modern world. Is it cheesy at times, yeah it is, but it knows as a film what it is and has fun with it. It's absolutely brimming with heart, chemistry, and spunk. In a world where dominant hero franchises like Marvel and DC reign, Power Rangers remains as a uniquely awesome pallet cleanser. Down to the CGI/practical mixed suits and action sequences. What really holds it back is some of the screenplay and story kinks, but it's otherwise a worthwhile watch.

Saw it in theaters, highly disappointed, too much politically correctness, have to throw in LGTQ and whatever else,in a kids movie, gots to make the kiddies woke, glad this will never get a sequel, also talking about making Tommy a girl, absolute slap to my childhood. The outfits the zords all sucked. The plot was awful, characters all awful. Watch it once, forget about it.
