Suspenseful, heartwarming, and a great mixture of delight and struggle. You know from the beginning you'll have to wait through some suspense to get some answers, but it quickly begins to give you some hints. It's a love story that leaves out the logistics of a crime, but still shows you the struggle of overcoming a tired and hard past.

This movie was way better than it was supposed to be! I'm a dude lol it was typical yes but at the same time it was just easy. No over the top romance to make you roll your eyes. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys drama/romance. You can't skip this one!

I am not really a movie lover... but once in awhile I see a movie that captures my attention and tugs at my heart strings...this was one of them. Normally I love Thrillers the most, and am not into "Romance Movies" because I think they're so fake and too la la la for me... haha. But this one!! Oh I loved it! There was some action in it, and suspense, but it was overall a love story and a really beautiful one. I cried...balled my eyes out at the end. I don't normally do that with movies but this one just really got to me. The actors were fantastic! Especially the guy who played Katie's creepy husband! When I read the book in Summer 2012, I couldn't put it down and kept thinking how good the story was and that I wish it would be made into a movie. I never knew who Nicolas Spark was until that book and didn't realize that lots of his books become movies. This was one that did. I was thrilled. It's a little different than the book but the storyline is the same. I'm buying this. I love it!
