Jyoti (Neelam) and Deepak (Vikas Bhalla) marry despite social disparity. They get separated due to financial problems. Prakash (Sumeet Saigal) a rich man, tries to rape Jyoti (Neelam) when Deepak (Vikas Bhalla) rescues her and realizes his love for her.
