This is the slowest moving, fast-paced movie I've ever come across. A lot of stuff happens, without much happening. I'll now be going back to read the book to see just how badly the movie compares.

Pretty good until the final act where it needs to tie up the story at the expense of the scares

Loved it. Del Toro never ceases to amaze me. Truly admire his work.
