When the Scooby gang visits a dude ranch, they discover that it and the nearby town have been haunted by a ghostly cowboy, Dapper Dan, who fires real fire from his fire irons. The mystery only deepens when it’s discovered that the ghost is also the long lost relative of Shaggy Rogers!

I grew up watching Scooby-Doo shows and movies, but a lot of his new made stuff stinks. This movie was actually pretty good I guess because I like the Western theme. However, this is one of those, 'fake ancestor' things. And I HATE Velma's new voice, and I can't stand the stupid, fake giggling Buddy boy and his music scene. There was also a lot of goof-ups in there. I could've made this movie better.

This movie was possibly the most rootin' tootin' Western I've ever watched. Scooby Doo Shaggy's Showdown is by far the best Scooby Doo Movie I have ever watched and I HIGHLY recommend watching it, possibly over and over again.

A pretty fun Scooby Doo adventure with some great supporting characters, especially Shaggy's cousin and Buddy G, and awesome horse action.
