It's a dognapping gone awry when dim-bulb butler Willard Fillmore (Norm Macdonald) and his equally inept friend Rusty Hayes (Dave Chappelle) swipe the mutt of Macdonald's crusty employer (Elaine Stritch) and "attempt" to hold it for ransom. But things go from bad to worse when the cops mistakenly believe that Fillmore -- not the pooch -- has been captured. Doggone!

It's low budget but hilarious. People are just too critical and wish to portray themselves as above everything and this movie doesn't get near the credit its due.

Norm MacDonald and Dave Chappelle in a staring role? Ofc its funny!
