High-spirited high jinks on Christmas Eve put Frank Cross (Bill Murray) in a ghostly time warp in this hilarious take-off of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol." Cross, who has made the meteoric rise from the depths of the mailroom to TV network president, is mean, nasty, uncaring, unforgiving and has a sadistic sense of humor - perfect qualities for a modern-day Scrooge.Before the night is over, he'll be visited by a maniacal New York cab driver from the past, a present-day fairy who's into pratfalls and, finally, a ghoulish, seven-foot headless messenger from the future.

The first few times I watched this movie since it originally released I thought were great. Still a good movie, but I'd pass it up for something I haven't seen first. But the way movies are today, I'd watch this over them first!

I haven't seen this for years, but I still tell everyone about it. "The antlers don't fit on the mices' heads. .. Eh, just staple then on." These Christmas ghosts grew up in the Bronx. Definitely worth a watch.

This takes the old Dickens tale into the new world. The world of sarcasm, looking out for #1, and what can you do for me, Me, and me. Until he lives thru the worst day of his life by way of...you guessed it, 3 ghosts. And you know the rest of the story, this time with a twist. A very humorous yet endearing twist. The movie is family friendly and I highly recommend it during the Christmas season.
