Good premise, poorly executed in all facets, story had potential and some good visuals but poor acting, choppy edit, and some extremely poor effects keep it from even being average.

Only horror movie that made me look away' and I've seen them ALL!

Really, do we need more of this people? When will you ever have enough gore? Pro Tip: It's the Amps, and NOT the Volts that kill.
