When multi-billionaire Ninagawa believes his granddaughter has been killed by a man named Kunihide Kiyomaru, he places an ad in all the major newspapers offering 1 billion Yen to the person who can kill him. Terrified, Kiyomaru quickly turns himself in to the Fukuoka Police.
