On April 2nd, 2011, LCD SOUNDSYSTEM played its final show at Madison Square Garden. LCD frontman James Murphy had made the conscious decision to disband one of the most celebrated and influential bands of its generation at the peak of its popularity, ensuring that the band would go out on top with the biggest and most ambitious concert of its career. If you are a fan of LCD Soundsystem this is a must. It's a little heartbreaking at times. The greatest band of my lifetime walks away from fame to concentrate on life, and it hurts to watch the celebration of everything that was because you completely understand James Murphy's reasoning through viewing this. So much great music, caught on film in a real way, intermixed with personal moments from the group. A+

I love this band. This documentary helps me understand James Murphy better and the interpretations of their music. The only time I'll see them in concert... /sigh
