A newly married couple discovers disturbing, ghostly images in photographs they develop after an eerie accident in which they believe they may have hit a young girl with their car.

This movie was a decent attempt to remake the original version. However it didn't reach its level. For any of you who are curious of seeing this film, watch the Thai version. Is by far, more scarier and definitely better than this.

The apparitions in the movie were really graphic (especially in the camera lens on one scene), but the movie just wasn't that thrilling. I can understand that Shutter was trying to go way out with a movie that resides mostly in Asia, but they could do a little bit better with the whole plot of the movie.

This is a one time watch movie. Not really scary in any way. I rented so I got what I paid for.
