A crazed man who has killed a number of people with an ax is arrested by the small town's sheriff, Dan Stevens. But this is no ordinary psycho, and he breaks the handcuffs and heads for the hills. Good Chuck Norris movie. Saw it the first time right after it first came out. Good movie, decent plot, good action scenes, great Chuck Norris fight scenes. Highly recommended.

Scary and frightening, that it took so long to kill the monster. Chuck had his hands full with another Psycho, who was a giant monster, who escaped from an insane asylum.

Grate action movie of all time got it on dvd. Blu ray.
