WELL THE STORY IS KINDA HEY GIRL IM IN A BAND NOTHING MORE,,, BUT ADDED TO THAT YOU GOT CHRIS CORNELL. EDDIE VEDDER AND PEARL JAM.. ALICE IN CHAINS WITH CAMERON CROWE SPRINKLING THAT NINETYS GRUNGE FEEL ON TOP..MUSIC ON THAT TAPE IS ACTUALLY GOT SONGS WRITTEN BY THE LATE CORNELL. IF ANYTHING, IF YR IN THE MOOD FOR A FUNNY FILM WITH ROCK GODS THEN WATCH AND ENJOY. RIP CHRIS

Movie for a generation. Singles is basically a love story set against a Seattle back drop and mostly grunge soundtrack. This movie was actually the nucleus for the TV show 'Friends'. The soundtrack and setting are superb, the actual story and acting are OK. Listed as a comedy, but, I'd say it's more a light hearted romantic drama. Worth a watch just for nostalgia.
