Geologist Dr. Li vowed he would never return to Tianhuo Island after a catastrophic volcano eruption tragically killed his wife. But 20 years later, his daughter continues research work on the island that took her mother's life, developing a brilliant eruption forecasting system that could save countless lives. The island has now been transformed into a thrill-seeking theme park by greedy businessman Jack Harris (Jason Isaacs). Distraught over his daughter 's safety, Dr. Li lands on the island as the volcano begins to erupt. It is a race against the clock to save his daughter, and the tourists and villagers from the apocalyptic chaos.

Calificaciones y opiniones

The translations did not work, better leave in original language and put subtitles. Can clearly tell they are not speaking in English, which made it look worse. overboard with the special effects to the point its too obvious its not real, which made the movie dull (you know its so not real, it became a yawn)

This movie deserves 0 stars. There is A LOT wrong with it. And so much cheese! Do yourself a favour, save your money and watch something else.
