Space is the next business frontier. The challenge is in finding a practical method to transport man, equipment and resources from earth to orbit. In SkyHook, a team of brilliant scientists compete to build the world s first space elevator and find themselves up against an evil corporate mercenary in this science fiction espionage extravaganza of deals and death. A material science expert is blackmailed to steal designs from the team of scientists that are on the brink of their goal. While the SkyHook team continues to pursue their dream, Jamal continues his attack in an attempt to secure the 1 Billion Dollar Space prize and control the fate of the space industry.

Ratings and reviews

I liked the storyline for this but as soon as it started I knew it was going to be a bad movie. The acting is very VERY poor! It annoyed me so much I turned it off after 30 minutes. All of the characters were lusting after the main character and it made it feel like the beginning to an x rated movie, complete with bad acting skills. Avoid!

Keep the director but change the actors, and I might be able to change my rating
