The residents of Los Angeles are awakened in the dead of night by an eerie light beaming through the window. Like moths to a flame, the light source is drawing people outside before they suddenly vanish into thin air. As the world unravels around them, our band of survivors soon discover they must fight for their lives against the onslaught of a mysterious alien horde. Who or what are these extraterrestrials and how long before mankind succumbs to their overwhelming power? This had so much potential! Sadly it seems the budget was blown on the special effects and not the script. The ending is where it finally starts to get good. If you like explosions and no complicated, thought provoking plot then go for it.

It could've been alot better Literally not a single bit of chemistry between the characters at all which makes them not likable. I was rooting for the aliens to kill them all...but either way don't waste your time with this garbage.

I want those 2 hours of my life back! Complete and utter rubbish from start to finish, if it wasn't for my OCD to finish things I would have switched it off 5 mins in. I've seen a lot of films and this is definitely in the worst 3
