Undercover Las Vegas police officer Vincent Downs (Jamie Foxx) finds himself caught in a high-stakes web of corrupt cops, internal affairs and murderous gangsters. If your a fan of Jamie Fox do yourself a favor, and do not rent this movie. Acting horrible, fight scenes horrible, plot horrible. I was incredibly disappointed
