In the action thriller SNITCH, Dwayne Johnson stars as a father whose teenage son is wrongly accused of a drug distribution crime and is looking at a mandatory minimum prison sentence of 10 years. Desperate and determined to rescue his son at all costs, he makes a deal with the U.S. Attorney (Susan Sarandon) to work as an undercover informant and infiltrate a drug cartel on a dangerous mission -- risking everything, including his family and his own life.

I really was hooked by the 10 minute trailer after reading some negative reviews. The Rock extends his acting range and does a great job. There is still plenty of action with a great supporting cast of outstanding character actors who embody their roles: Barry Pepper, Omar from the Wire, and his partner in crime.

I can't stand it. You movie makers need to come up with some new ideas! How about one where the drug deal goes perfectly buyer an seller are happy shake hands and leave. Then show us how the buyer uses his drugs instead of selling little portions and how screwed up he gets. Something different!!!

This movie low budget and awful. No class, a Black and Samoan Father a White son and Mother. Then another Family which is Hispanic, the Daughter and Mother. Unreal. Truly a Tired as movie. Not even worth seeing or spending your money on.
