Bu film hakkında

The most successful soccer training series in Europe! Put together complete training programs in 7 minutes. Exclusive strength exercises with Tim Lobinger. Suitable for kids and grown-ups. More than 44 new exercises: warm-up, basic training, frequency and sprint training, reaction and action speed, stabilization and strengthening. Recommended by Ottmar Hitzfeld (Champions League winner with Bayern Munich & Borussia Dortmund): "The concept of the Soccer Coach has really convinced me: these films are a great training aid - with these drills soccer players improve their game and also have a lot of fun with them. Absolutely recommendable!" Agility training has to be given even more attention in training in future. Unfortunately, the importance of agility in soccer is still far underestimated. But it is obvious where the trend is going to in modern soccer. Players such as Messi, Ribéry, Neymar or also Cristiano Ronaldo are not only technically well-trained, but are also extremely quick -- with or without a ball. Their skill to decide the first meters in their favor is particularly striking. In the direct one-on-one they succeed to literally explode both from a standing position and while dribbling, and therefore mostly manage to gain a lead over their opponents. The defenders also develop further. They have to become quicker in order to keep up with the above mentioned types of players. The first young and also very quick and agile opponents are already emerging. Due to the fact that defensive players are currently adapting themselves to forwards, only quick players can be successful in the long run. The aims of agility training are therefore easy to define: 1. Being able to react to signals immediately. 2. Minimizing the length of time for the first meters. 3. Being able to achieve maximum speed. 4. Being able to deliver maximum quick movements as often and as long as required without loss. 5. Performing agility with a ball with the highest precision and maximum pace.
