With a mysterious past as an expert sniper Kane (Seagal) is recruited by the CIA to assassinate a high profile target in a highly secret off the grid mission. However when scouting out his target Kane discovers that the target is being followed by several other gangs. Kane must wrestle with the Seattle underground in order to ensure success and a clear shot at completing his mission. With the CIA denying any culpability for his actions Kane must work against the clock to prepare and execute his target before a rival gang puts the mission and his anonymity in danger.
