There's something charming about a "redemption" story line and Solomon Kane definitely has that going for it. Plenty of violence, gore, and CGI to boot makes this movie a must watch for fans of the genre, but it doesn't do anything new or unexpected. I would wait until the price goes down, it isn't worth paying $10 for the privilege of viewing now.

The Movie is about 3.5 stars. Not worth the 9 bucks. Not a lot of fantasy movies these days, so if you are starving for fantasy and have cash to burn go for it. On a different note, does anyone watch this on their desktop? I did and it only seemed to play at 480P. Is that the max resolution? Paying 9 bucks for that makes even less sense

This has to be one of the worst movies ever made. The storyline is nonsensical, the supposed hero is farfetched in his role, and the religious relativity is comical at best. The special effects were the only winners in this ridiculous fantasy of a tale. I waited to see it free because I couldn't force myself to pay for this joke of a movie, lol.
