This film is an imaginative and biting satire on the African American situation that cuts through pretentions to a real truth. Along the way, you'll enjoy a bizarre sense of humor about workplace racism, the struggles of an artist and self-identity. The only disappointment is the use of overdubs for the characters and their "white voices;" it would have been much funnier and pointed to have actors who could have pulled off those voices for real.

This movie was beyond terrible from the so called "white voices" seemed totally out of sync from the actors mouths. the comedy other then what's in the trailer just leaves u cringe and the story line comes way outta left field in the last 30 to 40 minutes. P.S. I was stoned outta my tree and still didn't hardly crack a smile

Sorry to Bother You is a fun movie about solidarity in the struggle for labour rights. It's filled with plenty of thoughtful and often hilarious twists on nauseating stereotypes. It's refreshing. I'd watch a lot more movies if they were this well conceived.
