About this movie

The marriage of Princess Diana and Prince Charles has long since grown cold. Though rumours of affairs and a divorce abound, peace is ordained for the Christmas festivities at the Queen's Sandringham Estate. There's eating and drinking, shooting and hunting. Diana knows the game. But this year, things will be a whole lot different. SPENCER is an imagining of what might have happened during those few fateful days.

Really, don't bother. Severely over-dramatises things, basically revolves around Kristen Stewart tilting her head to one side and talking softly, none of the characters bar Stewart look remotely like their namesakes, should have walked out of the movie house.

Rubbish. 50% of the dialogue is whispered for no good reason. Overly dramatic head turning. Makes Diana seem like she had mental issues. The corgi's are the best part of the movie.

I had high hopes for Kristen Stewart in this I figured she'd shaken off the Twilight pish stain and was ready to move on to dignified roles, how wrong how I was.....if I could give this half a star I wouldn't even give it that because this rubbish belongs in the bin
