Frankly this movie is one of my favorite. I even watched the extended version like 10 times. Sadly the end was too corny for me, but the entire movie plays excellent! Toby is an extraordinary actor, and an amazing Spiderman. Doctor Octopus was also really good. The action scenes breathtaking. A must see not only for fans, but for any Marvel enthusiasts.

Doctor Octopus is a pretty awesome bad guy and the movie is great for the most part, but it feels like the producers couldn't think of anything for a large portion of the movie. Most of it is based around peters conflict between his obsession over Mary Jane and his duties as Spider-Man. A lot of this movie could have been cut out and it could have gone unnoticed. The first is AMAZING if you havent seen it already.

Maybe not as perfect as memory suggested but still great. Some decent flaws if you look for them but it's such a solidly built film you can look past them. Peter gets dumped on too much in this movie and Mary Jane is written as the most unlikeable character in this film but JJJ and Dr Octopus are fascinating and enjoyable characters for different reasons. Still a great film but not perfect. Definitely check out.
