I cannot emphasise enough how much I and my family love this movie. It's PERFECTION. The animation is sublime, mixing traditional print media gradient and half-toning styles, anime and flawless modern computer animation. The music fuses hip-hop, R&B and a perfect orchestral score. If you have a hifi or half decent soundbar - hook it up! It will NOT disappoint. The storyline is child focused with plenty of subtle jokes for us grown-ups. 4K if you can. The definition boost is worth it.

Tied with Joker and Endgame as best superhero film of the year, out actually of the decade. Visual style is amazing - each character has its own style of animation and even after multiple watches I still can't work out how they get them to blend so well. Story brilliant too.. couldn't be better

A near perfect film. This is by far the second best superhero film of 2018 and the best spiderman film ever. Most people in the comic community have already heard of a lot of these characters the most famous being Miles ( in context of alternate universe characters not the main continuity) Miles in the comics is black Peter Parker but in the spiderman game and this film he truly is amazing, the only problem I have with this film is the use of popular music, as I feel it can date the films.
