Doświadczony muzyk Jackson Maine (Bradley Cooper) odkrywa nieznaną nikomu artystkę Ally (Lady Gaga) — i zakochuje się w niej. Ally zamierzała właśnie porzucić swoje marzenie o śpiewaniu… jednak Jack nakłania ją do wyjścia z cienia. Gdy kariera Ally nabiera tempa, ich relacja zaczyna się psuć, ponieważ Jack toczy bitwę z własnymi wewnętrznymi demonami.

*trigger warning*It made feel sad but I had to force my tears out because it reminded me of past experiences. I have been controlled most of my life and emotionally abused. Phoenix is like the sun and love him.

Been to see the 8 times in the cinema when it came out. I balled my eyes out like I have never done before. One of my all time favourites. And the singing is just incredible.

Amazing film, so heartwarming and emotional. Takes alot for me to get even slightly emotional but this did, especially at the end when he took his belt into a room and didn't come back out.
