A retro science-fiction epic set in Victorian England, Steamboy features an inventor prodigy named Ray Steam, who receives a mysterious metal ball containing a new form of energy capable of powering an entire nation, the Steam Ball. Young Ray Steam must use the Steam Ball to fight evil, redeem his family, and save London from destruction. With more than 180,000 drawings and 400 CG cuts, Steamboy is one of the most elaborate animated features ever created. While the description says it's voiced over, and I have watched many voiced over versions, this one isn't. Which is a major let down, since you're paying for it, and even the 5$ dvds and online downloads have voiceovers. Seriously disappointed in the Google store.

I own this and watch it (at least) annually. Anna Paquin voices the main character. Instead of putting himself and his fathers dreams above everything else, while struggling to do what is right, he is sent on an adventure in discovering who created a steam ball and what it is for.

The description claimed there would be english audio voice-overs. I cannot get it to work though. Please help me to resolve this or I will require a refund. Thanks.
