This movie is timeless and classy. A heartfelt movie (adapted from The play) that can be shared with generations of family. The story portrays the life of the writers sister and her untimely death and how their family and friends overcome it.

This movie came out 4yrs before I was born and it is still one of my top favorite movies of all time. It's also one of my mother's favorite and the inspiration for my middle name Shelby.

I watched this with my mom when we only had VHS tapes, such a great film and definitely made my bond stronger with her! p.s. make sure you have tissues
