The street-wise dancers from Miami return for the next installment of the series. Wannabe dancer Emily arrives in town and finds a romance blossoming with flash mob leader Sean. However, their romance is interrupted when an unscrupulous businessman plots to gentrify the group's neighborhood, forcing thousands of people out of their homes.
