After watching the 2017 version (and loving it) I was beyond excited when the 1990's version came on the TV. However I didn't find it scary in the slightest and I was disappointed by the ending. IT (1990) was not at all what I was expecting and I was disappointed by the actual horror part of it. However I rather enjoyed the touching scenes from when they were children and this Pennywise is a lot MEANER than in 2017. Even though he's less frightening he is much better at being a nasty clown that eats kids rather than a relatively nice one that eats kids.

It's ok I guess. Its very slow paced. Most of the action is the loser club when they are adults. It gets unevenly split. I think the new one is far better. New pennywise's look is far better compared to this. I Think the story just flows better in the 2017 version with Neibolt house and the club seems to hold a better bond with another

Absolute rubbish! Compared with the original it is a shameful effort to milk the theme. Do not waste your money and time. I still cannot believe I sat through it hoping for it to get better!!
