Well directed, acted, written. Smoothly transitions the fear of Apple's early days with the maturing of Jobs near the iMac debut. Jobs was deeper than most CEOs and most founders. Deeper because he openly iterated and tested and failed. We all saw it happen, and this film provides us with touchstones to his character at the right times in his life to prove them out.

I'm a HUGE Aaron Sorkin fan and a fan of the cast but this entire movie was, for lack of better words: boring and overrated. The dialogue was good but there's way too much of it. Usually movies that receive praise from critics have much more raw emotion (and occasionally a different background). I kept thinking to myself "maybe it'll get better towards the end" but it never did. Such a colossal disappointment and 2 hours I'll never get back.

This shows one side of Steve Jobs. Even if most of it is true, it's not convincing in the movie. Just feels like shouting the whole movie. I know Steve had a bad side to him but that doesn't make the whole man. If your'e calling the Steve Jobs, then you need to show more about him, not just the negative side. It's a shame, the acting was probably good but got lost on the negativity, and shouting.
