Very sad and moving to watch a person who thrives from her work, being words and how she articulates herself for it all to gradually leave her...so sad I hope this picture brings awarenes to people. I do feel that this movie was cut short a bit. But maby because I got into it so much...

Watched this on Netflix and totally stunning performance from Julianne Moore. This film is brilliantly done and shows how this illness doesn't just affect the person but also the other members of the family. It is by far one of the worst illnesses to see happen, I worked in a nursing home and this just touches the surface of what happens to everyone surrounded by this horrible illness.

It shows the awful disease of Alzheimers in a middle aged person. It sweeps over them at a frightening speed. Very moving, but I feel it was cut short. I'd highly recommend it.
