I have described this movie as the prettiest cartoon movie I've ever watched. I absolutely adored it. It's been a few years since I've seen it and I still think about it from time to time. I just need to buy it and add it to my collection of animated movies. I don't have a large collection, only the ones I deemed worthy do I purchase; all the Hotel Transylvanias, all the Minions, Maleficent and a few others. This one is definitely in this category.

This movie is well done, animation is beautiful, songs are catchy and kids love to sing along, and story is good (although it certainly has been done many times before). I have no idea why so much hatred is heaped upon this film, its certainly better than alot of much higher rated kids films. Def worth a look, esp if your kids like bright colourful animation or singing along to songs.

Honestly this was painful to get through. My wife and I almost could pull through, but for the sake of our daughter (who I'm pretty sure didn't like it either) we prevailed. Terrible movie with no sense of story or character.
