"Sucker Punch" is an epic action fantasy that takes us into the vivid imagination of a young girl whose dream world provides the ultimate escape from her darker reality. She has been locked away against her will, but Babydoll (Emily Browning) has not lost her will to survive. Determined to fight for her freedom, she urges four other young girls to band together and try to escape their terrible fate at the hands of their captors. Led by Babydoll, the girls engage in fantastical warfare against everything from samurais to serpents, with a virtual arsenal at their disposal. Together, they must decide what they are willing to sacrifice in order to stay alive.

This has been my favorite movie since I saw it way back when I was 13, and I can say with confidence that it is still a source of great comfort for me! It's got a great aesthetic and the themes in the movie are often misunderstood and taken at face value. It's my favorite kind of story and I can relate a lot to the protagonists, but I can understand why some people wouldn't like it and I will say that it's not for everybody. I myself will always love this movie, though!!

My life story told from the eye's visions of Zach Snider. Not everything is real, but the situations in my life played out in parallel to this film as Zach knew all of my little dark secrets and how how my mind distorted reality for me to survive. Aso, Thank You..SUCKER PUNCH

This movie was so misunderstood when it hit theaters, but it's a true cult classic! It's meaning & message is deep so pay attention! Beautiful imagery, mixed with a mesmerizing soundtrack that will stay with you long after the film is over. I recommend watching it twice. Remember "if you don't stand for something, you'll fall anything..."
